1. Order and Refund Policy
Last Updated: April 2026
At Meelyf, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, custom digital services. To ensure a smooth process for both our team and our clients, please read our strict ordering and refund guidelines below.
The Ordering & Payment Process
Initiating an Order: All orders must be initiated by contacting our team directly through our official Facebook Page Messenger. This ensures all project communications, files, and agreements are kept in one centralized, easily accessible place.
Secure Payment: Once we have discussed your project requirements and agreed on the scope of work, our team will generate and send you a secure payment link directly in the Facebook Messenger chat.
100% Upfront Payment: Work will only commence once the invoice has been paid in full (100% upfront). We do not accept partial deposits. Your project timeline officially begins the moment full payment is verified.
Refund Policy (All Sales Are Final)
Due to the nature of our business, all products and services provided by Meelyf are 100% digital and labor-intensive. When you purchase a service, you are paying for our team's time, expertise, and creative labor.
Because digital labor cannot be "returned" once completed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All sales are final.
By completing your payment via the secure link provided, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued once the order is placed.
Revisions & Instruction Changes
We want you to be completely satisfied with your final product.
Free Revisions: If you are dissatisfied with the delivery, we provide free revisions to tweak and polish the work, provided the changes align with your original project instructions.
Change of Instructions (Revision Fees): If you decide to change the entire concept, fundamental structure, or provide completely new instructions that differ from what was agreed upon before payment, this is considered "Scope Creep." In these instances, free revisions do not apply. You will be subject to an additional Revision Charge, or in cases of a complete change in direction, you will be required to place a New Order.
2. Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: April 2026
Welcome to Meelyf. By accessing this website and hiring our multimedia creative services (including Editorial, Design, Audio, and Digital Setup), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Work and Quotes
All quotes provided via Facebook Messenger are based strictly on the initial information given by the Client. If the project scope changes mid-project, Meelyf reserves the right to halt work and adjust the final price via an additional payment link.
2. Voice Over Specifics
Performance Errors: If our voice actors make a mistake (e.g., mispronunciation of a clearly guided word, missed sentence), we will re-record and fix it free of charge.
Script Changes: If you alter the script after the audio has already been recorded, free revisions are voided, and a mandatory re-recording fee will apply.
3. Intellectual Property and Copyright
Upon Full Delivery: Once the final files are delivered to the Client, the Client is granted exclusive rights to use the final deliverables for their intended business purposes.
Portfolio Rights: Meelyf retains the right to display the completed work in our agency portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed and agreed upon prior to payment.
Draft Files: Meelyf retains full ownership of all unused draft concepts, early design iterations, and raw project files unless raw file delivery is specifically purchased in the contract.
4. Cancellation Policy
By the Client: You may request to cancel a project at any time. However, as stated in our Order & Refund Policy, no refunds will be issued for canceled projects, as payment secures our team's time in our production schedule.
By Meelyf: We reserve the right to decline or cancel a project if there is a conflict of interest, abusive behavior toward our staff, or unprofessional conduct.
5. Limitation of Liability
Meelyf is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue) arising out of the use of our services. While we strive for perfection and use industry-standard proofing, it is ultimately the Client’s responsibility to proofread all final copy and test all design/audio assets before publishing, broadcasting, or printing.
