Welcome to Meelyf. By accessing this website and hiring our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
Meelyf provides multimedia creative services including, but not limited to:
Editorial: Content Strategy, Copywriting, Scriptwriting.
Design: Graphic Design, Branding, Web Assets.
Audio: Voice Over, Narration, Audio Production.
2. Quotes and Payment Terms
Estimates: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information given. If the project scope changes, the final price may be adjusted.
Deposits: For projects over a certain value, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon approval of the final draft, before the release of high-resolution or master files.
Late Fees: Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee.
3. Revisions and Alterations
We want you to be thrilled with the result. Our standard packages include two (2) rounds of revisions at no extra cost, provided the request is within the original scope.
Scope Creep: New requests that differ significantly from the original brief (e.g., rewriting a whole script after it was approved, or changing the design concept entirely) will be quoted as a new task.
Voice Over Specifics:
Performance Errors: If we make a mistake (mispronunciation, missing word), we will fix it free of charge, forever.
Script Changes: If you change the script after the audio has been recorded, a re-recording fee will apply.
4. Intellectual Property and Copyright
Upon Full Payment: Once the final invoice is paid, the Client is granted exclusive rights to use the final deliverables for their intended business purposes.
Portfolio Rights: Meelyf retains the right to display the work in our portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed beforehand.
Draft Files: Meelyf retains ownership of all draft concepts, unused design iterations, and raw project files unless specifically agreed upon in the contract.
5. Cancellation
By the Client: You may cancel a project at any time. However, the deposit is non-refundable. If work has progressed beyond the deposit value, you will be billed for the hours completed up to the point of cancellation.
By Meelyf: We reserve the right to decline or cancel a project if there is a conflict of interest or unprofessional conduct. In this rare event, a pro-rated refund may be issued.
6. Limitation of Liability
Meelyf is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. While we strive for perfection, it is the Client’s responsibility to proofread all final copy and test all design assets before publishing or printing.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Meelyf for a project or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
